Tempura Wizard’s AR card for Kid Icarus: Uprising. Oh God, I never noticed before that he’s sitting in a bowl of steamed rice. Tempura Wizard, you are the best.
This really is a fine example of how wacky and fun Kid Icarus: Uprising is. I know I was vocal in questioning over whether this game would be even worth putting into a 3DS before, but having put a few hours into it, I can’t believe how enjoyable it is. I’m not afraid to admit I was wrong; I’ll happily eat crow for those doubts, especially if it comes with a side of Tempura Wizard.

More Kid Icarus: Uprising AR Cards. I just opened a random pack I happened to pick up at GDC last week. These things are going to be hard to come by, so I might as well share what I have, right?
These images should be good enough to use in-game, for use in the AR Battle mode and for unlocking stuff in the game. But of course we won’t know that for a while…
